There are several ways to order products from Partnership Continuum, Inc.: online, mail, or telephone.
The fastest and most convenient method is to simply click on the “Add to Cart” button next to the description of the online assessments, books, or video of your choice.
Secure Online Ordering. You will need your credit card number and expiration date for the online order. Rest assured that shopping on our site is secure. Our server uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layers), an advanced encryption technology for online ordering security. All of the personal information you enter at this site — including your name, address, and credit card number — will be encrypted with SSL. You can safely order online any time, any day of the week. Your order information and purchase history are further protected by a password you choose. If you forget your password, we will first verify your identity.
Once you have finished shopping, simply click on “checkout.” At this point, you will be asked to set up a new account or provide your email address and password if you are an existing customer.
Setting Up a New Account. Setting up a new account is a quick, easy process. You will need to provide your name, mailing address, phone number, and choose a password. Once your account is established, you will be able to track recent orders, view your order history, revisit the results of your online assessments, and keep your basic account information up to date. You can access your account information at any time by clicking on the My Account link located in the top right-hand corner of all pages on this site.
Order Confirmation. After placing an online order, you will receive an e-mail confirming the order you have placed. Please configure your spam blocker so that it will allow this e-mail; it will come from firstname.lastname@example.org.

Existing Corporate Client Orders
For large organizations that are existing or past clients of Partnership Continuum, Inc. we will invoice the organization for materials ordered if this is preferable. Simply contact Stephen Dent at the above telephone number or at email@example.com.
No taxes will be added to your order except for orders shipped in the state of Minnesota.
We accept payment by U.S. bank check, Eurocheque, money order, or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Eurocard.
For international credit card orders, we will charge the U.S. dollar price; your credit card account will be debited in your country’s currency.
Quantity discounts are available for the online assessments. These prices are listed on appropriate page on the site describing the assessment you select.
Shipping and handling options for the books include UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS 3 Day Select.
Please report functionality problems with online ordering, non-receipt of orders, shorts, billing errors, or damages to us at once by contacting us at the above telephone number. For damaged books and videos, save damaged cartons until any claim is settled.
